I made a huge mistake, and I need to come clean here. When polymaker told me their new PETG was better for high speed printing, I didn’t believe them. When I tested it I couldn’t tell the difference. But that’s because a small test isn’t where this new formulation of high speed filament shines. Polymaker has made a PETG that defies expectations.
It really is good enough that I feed bad about the old PETG I have left over to use. This is PETG in easy mode.
Well, it has been a hot minute since my last main upload. There’ actually a couple of reasons for this. One is that when I’m running the kids to school I don’t have those precious morning hours to work on videos. But the kids are now on summer break so hopefully I can get a couple of months of content out.
Another reason I’ve been on a drought of uploads is that is I have been working on a huge project, the video for which is coming soon, and I don’t multi-task well. Fortunately, I’m getting more than one video out of this project, so that’s good. Also fortunately I’m super happy with how it turned out in the end and can’t wait to show it to you.
