Is 3D printing the future of shoes? Well, if 3D printing is the future of manufacturing, then I say yes. Let the robots do the slave labor.
I made a mistake in the video. I said that I mentioned that I couldn’t wear my orthopedics with these shoes, but when I was reviewing the footage I realized I hadn’t mentioned that in the video. But I did mention it to Polyfab who I made some suggestions for the design to. Namely I thought that they needed to have a slightly higher back so that my feet don’t fall out if I use orthopedics and a solid sole so that rocks don’t get permanently lodged in there. But I can’t deny, they be comfy.
It feels like it’s been a while since I made a video of any kind. I’ve been working on 3 videos at the same time lately, but finishing them feels like something I’ve forgotten how to do. Getting this one out felt good, at least. Hopefully I can get back in front of the camera and finish up a couple more of them for you.
